NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

1. SPONSOR

The PLA Sweepstakes  (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Baker Publishing Group, located at 6030 E Fulton Rd, Ada, MI 49301 (“Sponsor”).

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Rhode Island, U.S. territories, and where otherwise prohibited by law.

 

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM e.s.t . and ends on April 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM e.s.t. (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, visit https://bakerpublishinggroup.com/pages/pla-sweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Entrants must provide all requested information to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated on the entry page.

No automated, bulk, or third-party entries permitted. Multiple entries submitted using different email addresses or identities for the same person may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

Optional Additional Entry Methods:

Sponsor may, at its discretion, allow entrants to earn bonus entries by completing additional actions clearly described on the entry page (e.g., newsletter signup, social follow, sharing a promotional post). These activities must not require a purchase.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $495 per prize.

 

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur on or about April 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filtering, or incorrect email addresses.

Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and/or Publicity Release (where lawful).

 

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, entrants agree to:

• be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions (which are final),

• release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for damages, losses, or injury related to participation or prize use,

• allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process,

• modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor corrupts or impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

If terminated, Sponsor may select winners from the eligible entries received prior to termination.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries; failures of any kind; or any damage to an entrant’s device related to participating. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrant agrees to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan for resolution of all disputes.

 

12. DISCLAIMERS

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdelivered prizes. All prizes are mailed in excellent condition. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any social platform used to promote it.

 

13. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for Sweepstakes administration and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available at: https://bakerpublishinggroup.com/policies/privacy-policy
