  1. What do you think is the greatest challenge to the future of missions and why?
  2. What do you know of postmodernism? How do you think it will impact missions in the next twenty-five years?
  3. What might be included in a missionary response to terrorism that comes in the name of a religion?
  4. Newer missions models may revitalize North American missions. What creative approaches to missionary work can you imagine?
  5. Many churches today describe themselves as “missional.” Based on the material in the chapter, what should that mean? Based on your own experience and observations, what does it mean in normal church life?
