  1. What are the potential benefits and challenges of short-term mission trips?
  2. Do local churches need to set some type of policy to limit the number of short-term mission trips a person should take? What guidelines might help them develop such a policy?
  3. What might be ways forward to resolve the tensions among churches and missions agencies?
  4. Many young Christians are uncomfortable with the idea of raising their own support. How do you feel about support raising?
  5. How do you anticipate partnering with people from the majority world serving Christ as missionaries?
  6. Read Daniel Rickett’s list of seven mistakes that partners most often make. Which one might be the greatest challenge for you personally?

  8. Our ability to connect with home wherever we are in the world can hinder adjustment to a new culture. What can you do to guard yourself against this?
