Assistant for Special Markets & Ministries Team (Michigan office)
About this position:
Baker Publishing Group is currently accepting applications for a full-time assistant for our Special Markets and Ministries team. This position encompasses a range of administrative support duties such as: sending out seasonal mailings, filling out forms for accounts, overseeing details for ministry-related shows and some trade shows, taking care of special quote requests, doing research for reps, providing new sales leads, overseeing our seasonal author perk for trade books.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and FileMaker Pro. Knowledge of AS/400 is desirable.
- Very detail-oriented
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Work well in a team environment
- Friendly, helpful attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience. As a full-time position, benefits provided include health, dental, group life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, 401(k) after three months, and others.
