Request an Examination Copy
Exam Copy Policy
Professors in the United States are invited to examine academic titles for possible classroom use. Exam copy requests may be sent on the form below, on institutional letterhead, or via email. Exam copy requests must include the professor’s name, the course name, and the anticipated enrollment.
Exam copies will be mailed with a provisional invoice billed at a 50% discount. Professors may examine the book for ninety days before taking one of the following actions:
- adopt the textbook
- pay the invoice
- return the book.
If the textbook is adopted and ten or more students are required to purchase it, the exam copy becomes a free desk copy (please notify us of the adoption).
Exam copies are limited to one copy per title, per professor. We reserve the right to refuse exam copies to individuals who abuse the policy.
Please direct exam copy requests to the Order Department, Baker Publishing Group, P.O. Box 6287, Grand Rapids, MI 49516-6287 (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
