Jaroslav Pelikan
Jaroslav Pelikan (1923-2006) was Sterling Professor Emeritus of History at Yale University, where he served on the faculty from 1962-1996. He received his PhD from the University of Chicago. His universally acclaimed works include the five-volume The Christian Tradition: A History of the Development of Doctrine and Jesus through the Centuries: His Place in the History of Culture.
